Martial Arts (Kali/Arnis): Umbrella "Block" [Beginner]

We discuss and study on the usage of the Umbrella Block and incorporating it into our training. The term "block" is used loosely here, as it is more of a check/parry rather than a traditional block that stops and absorbs an attack, like what a normal shield would do. In order to do this movement flawlessly and without pain, your arms should be properly warmed up, particularly the joints: wrists, elbows, and shoulders.
