How To Continue Your Witcher III Save - Nintendo Switch To Xbox Series X (and others)

CD Projekt Red patched just about every platform that could play the Witcher 3, in their "Next Gen" upgrade. As an added bonus, Witcher III has been patched for cloud saves, excluding the Nintendo Switch.
