How to be more mindful and stop wondering

we live in a busy world that sometimes we forget to check into our current world as , we focus on the newest models, reality shows that we keep comparing ourselves to instead of improving ourselves and our limits and seeing what needs to be done in order to improve my life and our beliefs.
so today I will be talking about how to be more mindfulness of your current moment without you feeling down,sad ,harsh toward yourself that you not focus enough and to remind you that is okay if your mind wanders from time to time that just part of the process and know that this will takes time and how do I get better at it.
