A brand-spanking-new U.S. Constitution -- based solely on individual rights (Episode 1)

America has been going down the tubes since the first year of its phenomenal creation, but especially since the Civil War and the FDR/LBJ administrations. The reason is that our great Founders didn't fully understand what individual rights are, so their Constitution had many flaws and loopholes, which unsavory politicians have been using for 200+ years to create a semi-fascist state.
So I decided it was time to start over -- to create a new constitution, completely from scratch, outlining exactly what rights are and creating a government whose only job is to protect those rights.
