Ice storm grips central Texas

Parts of Austin were covered in a sleet of ice on Wednesday (February 1) after Texas and parts of the U.S. South were hit by a winter storm that brought days of freezing rain and ice accumulation, causing widespread power outages and dangerously slick roadways across the region.
