Dear Karine,

Rev. Dr. Harper here of the InterMountain Christian News and Israel news service ‘Newsrael,’ principal Human rights White House Correspondent to request your response to the following crucial question regarding President Biden’s attendance tomorrow to the National Prayer Breakfast on Capitol Hill.

Will President Biden be honoring President Lincoln’s call to national prayer and repentance titled ‘Proclamation Appointing a National Fast Day’ that contains the solution for America’s problems and can be read at the following web site?:

President Lincoln’s key paragraph- "And whereas it is the duty of nations as well as of men, to own their dependence upon the overruling power of God, to confess their sins and transgressions, in humble sorrow, yet with assured hope that genuine repentance will lead to mercy and pardon; and to recognize the sublime truth, announced in the Holy Scriptures and proven by all history, that""those nations only are blessed whose God is the Lord." (Psalm 33)

President Lincoln’s proclamation is written in the spirit of the National Day of Prayer foundational verse 2Chronicles 7:14:
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” (KJV)

Thank you for addressing our press questions today.

Best wishes,

Dr. Matthew Anthony Harper
