Were Memphis Officers Crisis Actors? Not Listed as city employees!

All 5 officers in the alleged beating and subsequent death of a young man stopped for a traffic violation, they all were supposedly hired well before 2021, but this young lady pulls up a list of city employees of Memphis from 2021, and not one of the five is listed as a city employee.
