RV Life Cooking (kind of) Easy Chicken Soup

Last Saturday I made Chicken Soup. Nothing better for lunch when it is super cold out there.
This one serves 6 people.
You will need:
6 Chicken Wings
3 Large Carrots
4 Celery Sticks
1/2 Large Onion
Noodles, or rice or dumplings or whatever you like. There is a company that makes these noodles called GrandMa's and they are made and frozen locally. So good for pasta and soup.
Garlic if you wish.
Chicken broth in addition to the water you used to boil the chicken.
Shh, don't tell but I put Garlic powder on the chicken before I put it back in the soup.
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Boil the chicken. Something about the bone boiling makes it taste better and is better for you. I don't use chicken breasts unless they have the bone on and a whole chicken makes soup for like 15 people.
You basically get it from the video but here are a couple of tips.
If you want the broth crystal clear, boil the noodles separately and add them last.
Also, after you remove the chicken from the first boil take a big spoon and skim the top of the water to remove all the chunks, bubble stuff ( I have no idea what that stuff is) and fat. I leave the fat for flavor.

Share it with someone who needs to feel love in their belly : )
