20 sec - jump rope boxer skip 1/2 lb rope
20 sec - plank
20 sec - jump rope boxer skip 1 lb rope
20 sec - plank reach out
20 sec - jump rope boxer skip 2 lb rope
20 sec - side plank or jump rope sprint 1/4 lb rope
*rest 10 sec between each exercise
**rest 1 min after each set
