30 sec - jump rope front straddle
30 sec - 10 push-ups

30 sec - jump rope run in place
30 sec - plank
30 sec - jump rope feet in & out
30 sec - ab crunchers
30 sec - jump rope run in place

30 sec - jump rope butt kickers
30 sec - air squats
30 sec - jump rope side straddle
30 sec - front lunges
30 sec - jump rope regular bounce

*rest 10 seconds between exercises
