The Russian FM says that the US wanted to prepare the Ukrainian regime to make it start a proxy war against Russia ‘with Western license and permission’, simultaneously building up weapons production on its own soil. Sergey Lavrov also added that with Brussels signing an EU-NATO declaration, the bloc indicates that it will do anything that the military alliance wants.
