I used to work at a little place in Texas called Taco Bueno. One of the best items we had on the menu was the chicken potato burrito and the beef potato burrito. These burritos are one of the most simple burritos you can make. The flavor combination of the sour cream, the lettuce, the tots, the nacho cheese its just too amazing to not share.
