Eagle Idaho is a really nice, upper end city located in the Ada County, Treasure valley area. It sits 15-20 min drive from downtown Boise and is home to some of the nicest real estate the state of Idaho has to offer.

I took the liberty of picking my top 4 favorite communities and I laid out some info on each one. These communities are either very expensive, very hard to buy or in a lot of cases... both.
