Today we read about King David making preparations for Solomon to build the House of the Lord. Jesus is tempted by Satan in the wilderness after fasting and Jesus is rejected in his hometown. Jesus drives out impure spirits and heals many people. Isaiah prophesies God's day of vengeance and redemption.
