In this quick tutorial, I show you how to take a photo, or image, and turn it into a painting. We use Style Transfer Neural Filter. We also click on the custom tab and we use reference images from any artist we like. In this example, we're using "Girl With A Pearl Earring" by Johannes Vermeer.
