Workout:

30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce 2lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope regular bounce 1lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope side straddle 2lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope side straddle 1lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope front straddle 2lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope front straddle 1lb rope
30 seconds - jump rope feet side to side 2lb rope
-rest 15 sec between exercises
-rest 1 minute between sets
