Razer Synapse PWM Overview

Taken for the OpenRazer project which is attempting to reverse engineer how Razer hardware works in order to offer Razer Device Support on non-Razer Supported Operating Systems.

This is a quick walk through of how the Synapse Software displays the Razer PWM Controller.

This is just a "stock," and I'll use that term loosely, PWM fan controller. Nothing exotic in the controls beyond what I'd expect to see in a BIOS/UEFI.

The only significant note is that Synapse does not define how a temperature reading is obtained for the Temperature/Speed manual curve.
