I decided to make a pie with stale bread that was here at home and the result pleased everyone. A different recipe idea and very easy to make at home.

I used some of the things I had in the fridge for the stuffing, you can vary and put whatever you have. If you make good changes, please let me know in the comments.

CHECK THE FULL RECIPE:

Ingredients:

• 4 loaves of bread (can use leftover bread)
• Milk as much as you need
• 1 chopped onion
• 1 small minced garlic clove
• 2 ripe chopped tomatoes
• 150g grated mozzarella cheese
• 150g chopped calabresa sausage
• 50g grated parmesan cheese
• 200g chopped bacon
• 4 eggs
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Chimichurri

Method:

Chop everything and book.

Now sauté the bacon, sausage with half the onion and garlic and set aside.

Chop the buns and pour hot milk over them (enough to soften the buns). Squeeze the buns and add the other half of the onion to the 4 whole eggs and season to taste, I added salt, black pepper and chimichurri. Knead to form a dough.

In a refractory greased with olive oil, put half the dough. Stuff with the braised, mozzarella cheese. Cover with the remaining dough. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden.

*This recipe can be made 100% from fridge leftovers!!!!!
