Coolant Leak on a 2011 Chevy Suburban 1500. Did it ruin my low mileage Suburban?

I have a low mileage 2011 Suburban (as of 2023, there are 65k miles on it). I noticed the other day that the coolant level was low, still in the reserve tank. So I had to poke around to find out what it was. Thankfully nothing big and I replaced what I needed to. The scary part is that this a low mileage truck although it's older. So I have to be careful that things that would normally go bad with age don't take this trucks life.
