You need to update or create your ATF eForms account.
If you had an account prior to the new version of ATF eForms that launched in December 2021, log in and reset your ATF eForms account password (https://eforms.atf.gov/forgot-password). Then, log in to your ATF eForms account and make sure the information on there is identical to the information on your Silencer Shop account (such as your name, email address).
If you don't have an account, creating one is easy. It will only take a few minutes to create your ATF eForms account (https://eforms.atf.gov/login). When doing so, be sure to use the same information (such as your name, email address) that’s on your Silencer Shop account.
