Here are some pro tips if you are Not Losing Any Weight During a Cut. For many people, I thought of losing weight is a difficult journey but it doesn’t always have to be. I find that some people get so focussed on the day-to-day changes in weight loss that they lose grip of the bigger picture. Weight loss typically doesn’t happen overnight. It happens over the course of a longer period of time but people noticed that their weights not dropping after a week and they start to get upset. There’s a few reasons for why you don’t lose weight at the very start of a weight cut, but they are not to be worried about. I hope this helps!
