Dog afraid of truck after owner cleans it up.

Last week I had to have some work done on my truck. I jokingly asked the repair man if he wanted to he could clean it up while he had it. When I got the truck back, he had it sprayed off the outside of it and wipe down the dash. I don’t know what kind of cleaner he used on the dash But it must’ve had some type of smell that peaches did not trust. For three days I had to talk her into getting into the truck after Zak would get in. All I can say was there was a slight pine scent inside the truck where he had wiped off the dash .
