This is Episode Four of the cartoon series "Jeannie" from 1973.
A spin off from the TV series "I Dream Of Jeannie"
"Survival Course"

In this episode:
Corey and Henry sign up for the Flora and Fauna field trip so that they can spend time with some girls, but an envious Jeannie forces them to go on the Survival Course field trip instead.
Corey tries to use primitive methods of finding food while Jeannie gives him a little help. He grows increasingly frustrated when Jeannie uses her magic to help him and Henry, including providing them with a luxurious tent, which gets them in trouble.

Unfortunately this episode has some sound issues - as do a few others.
I have skipped the opening sequence as contains a more serious glitch, but issues still remain.
Unable to locate a clean sound file, so will have to do.
Still an enjoyable delve into the past.
