Mrs. Spaulding received the Astra Zeneca "vaccination" on April 23, 2021 at the Mt. Sinai Hospital pharmacy.

Her health deteriorated after the shot.

Mt. Sinai Hospital gaslighted her even though Mrs. Spaulding had bleeding spots and bruises all over her body, internal tremors and tingling feelings in her limbs and head and suffered from chronic fatique.

The hospital staff referred Mrs. Spaulding to a psychiatrist, who diagnosed her with anxiety. She was prescribed depression medicine and found that she later had to wean herself off the medication.

Just last week - 21 months later - Mt. Sinai Hospital acknowledged that Mrs. Spaulding was vax-injured.

Mrs. Spaulding and other Canadian vax-injured have traced their Astra Zeneca shots to a manufacturing plant in the United States.
