My Personal Warm Up Routine

-Hamstring stretch to squat to chair pose - 10 reps
-Standing oblique warm up (stretching from side to side) - 10 reps (both sides)
-Shoulder warm up from Yoga (spinning arms in and out up over head and back down) - 3 reps (up over head and back down each time)
-Table top to warm up wrists - 1 min
-Sit on heels (flexed feet) to warm up ankles and feet - 1 min
-Mike Tyson push ups - 10 reps
***Repeat 2x total
