DRUNK IN THE SPIRIT / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Dear Pastor Bob: I am curious as to what you think of the laughing revival. Is any of it Biblical? Many Christians teach the Bible says to laugh because laughter is like good medicine. They say if a believer refuses to take part in this expression of joy, then they are guilty of quenching the Holy Spirit.  So these preachers will say to come to the bar and take a drink of the new wine. Some pastors call themselves Holy Spirit bartenders and help get people to be drunk in the Holy Spirit.  To make their Biblical case, they say the apostles were acting like drunks at Pentecost and were accused of being full of new wine. Therefore we must follow in their footsteps. What thoughts do you have on this?
