Court day for Valentines Day Civil Disobedience protest

Back in court again today for the 2021 Valentines day civil disobedience protest, where I brought a cannabis seedling and some dried cannabis herb into the guards/cops. ( video of the protest here https://youtu.be/BplGJriNZDE )
Yesterdays case went well the supply charge was dismissed and I got the probation act for the possession charge.
Todays case I'm charged with unlicensed cultivation of Cannabis (the only licence that exists is for farmers growing hemp). I suspect this case could end in a conviction and my intentions will be to appeal this to the higher courts of Ireland in an effort to set a precedent for all to benefit.
