Today we are at the pita Chick in San Antonio Texas, taking on a Texas sized food challenge! This lovely Mediterranean food challenge and middle eastern food challenge with beef Shawarma, chicken shawarma, beef, kebab, also known as Beef Kofta (kufta), hummus and delicious rice challenge! we are trying to get the $100 meal for free and bragging rights for completion in 60 minutes for this unbeaten food challenge.  falafel, Shawarma and kebab is very popular in not only Middle Eastern cuisine, such as Turkish cuisine, Israeli cuisine, Iraqi cuisine, Indian cuisine, Lebanese cuisine and other Mediterranean cultures, but we also had hummus and other delicious items readily available all through the world .
