William Toti – USS Indianapolis, From CO to CEO

Captain (ret) WIlliam Toti joins Pete A Turner on the Break It Down Show. William comes to us via Debbi Bray. Debbi is part of our Benicia family. So, yes, that means she's related to our hero Harold Bray.

William commanded the USS Indianapolis a modern submarine that bore the same name as the ill-fated USS Indianapolis from World War II. William has another connection to the USS Indy family he worked to exonerate Charles B McVay who was falsely blamed for the sinking of the Indy.
