Homemade Carrot Cake Cupcakes are a delicious Dessert.

1/2 tsp Nutmeg,
1/4 tsp Salt,
3/4 cup Brown Sugar,
1/4 cup Sugar,
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil,
2 Eggs (beaten),
1/4 cup Apple Sauce,
1 tsp Vanilla,
1-1/2 cups (about 3 lg) Carrots (grated),
1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped),
1/3 cup Raisins (chopped),

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter (softened),
4 oz. Cream Cheese (softened),
2-1/2 - 3 cups Powdered Sugar (sifted),
1 tsp Vanilla,
