Roads and homes flooded as more rain hits New Zealand

Heavy rains lashed flood-ravaged New Zealand’s North Island on Wednesday (February 1), causing transport disruptions, flooded neighbourhoods and landslides. Business owner Phil Keogh, who lives in Whangamata, told broadcaster TVNZ how tough it had been.
