Suzette retaliates for being fired

This person hid in the bathroom for 2 hours at the end of the shift and left without telling anybody, but still punched out on time.
When questioned about it, she lied and started getting loud. That's when she was asked to leave, and while exiting the plant covered my car in orange pop.
