Cheesecake (Instant Pot)

Great fast and easy way to make Cheesecake in the Instant Pot.
Ingredients:
Crust:
1-1/4 cups Honey Graham Cracker Crumbs,
1 tbsp Brown Sugar,
3-4 tbsp Butter, melted,
Pinch of Salt,

Filling:
16 oz Cream Cheese, softened,
1/2 cup Sugar,
2 tbsp Cornstarch,
1/3 cup Sour Cream,
2 Eggs,
2 tsp Lemon Juice,
1 tsp Vanilla,

1 Foil Sling (22,5" x 11,5" piece of Foil) folded in three lengthwise.

7" Springform, lined with Parchment Paper and buttered.
