Immediately after freezing the hunter at the end of Chapter 5, go back in the Cryogenic Chamber and collect its tissue sample. Then, backtrack to the Main Lab and test the sample. Next, head to the ICU and view the video at Harris's bed.

After descending in the Elevator to Mining Operations, continue down the hall on Deck C to Ore Storage and listen to the recording. At this point, you are free to finish off the questline. Next, head back to the Main Atrium and watch the recording on the right side. Finally, head to Nutrition Systems via the Hydroponics Central Hub and the West Grow Chamber. Once you reach the Diagnostics Lab in the back, listen to the final recording and unlock the achievement/trophy.
