We found out that late payments are illegal. We found out that reporting a utilization is illegal. They are not supposed to be on the consumer report ( credit report) we know this because the law tells us pursuant 15 USC 1681a 2AI. It speaks on that we know this now. Right?

We know that charge offs are inaccurate accounts.
There is no charge offs, the IRS says this event is gross or ordinary income and guess what? Income does not get reported on your consumer reports.

A charge should not be on your consumer report.
We found out that bankruptcies are a direct violation of your right to privacy (15USC 1681 a(4)).
