Recipes
Green Smoothie:
Ingredients:
1 cup kale
1 cup spinach
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon, juiced
1-inch piece of ginger, peeled
1 cup water or almond milk
Instructions:

Wash and prepare all ingredients.

Blend kale, spinach, avocado, cucumber, lemon juice, and ginger in a blender until smooth.

Slowly pour in water or almond milk to desired consistency.

Blend for another minute.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Berry-Coconut Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
1 cup coconut water
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions:

Wash and prepare all ingredients.

Blend mixed berries, coconut water, almond milk, and protein powder in a blender until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Pineapple-Mango Smoothie:
Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple
1 cup mango
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup coconut water
Instructions:

Wash and prepare all ingredients.
Blend pineapple, mango, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and coconut water in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
