There are many problems with taking a renovated van into the winter - the arctic circle to be precise!
Living in a vehicle isn't always amazing, in this video we'll show you the realities of van life. The majority of the days we experience below freezing temperatures, extreme snow fall and lately extreme storm winds which have evidently broken our van literally into pieces.
Sub zero temperatures have got our water pipes frozen and have burst our heater heater pipe - so no shower or washing the dishes!
Temperatures have been as low as -22 and if it wasn't for our trusty diesel heater, we'd be snowmen.
Winter camping isn't for the faint hearted, there are many problems living off grid, we've watched everything break with a hope that tomorrow will be a better day!
