Court Rules Against Christian Cake Designer Jack Phillips – Again. Here's What Happens Next.

Jack Phillips saw a victory at the Supreme Court in 2018, after a six-year litigation battle where he fought to defend his free speech rights. This culminated after he refused to custom-design a cake for a same-sex wedding. He didn't refuse to serve the couple, as Phillips' shop, Masterpiece Cakeshop, serves everyone. But Phillips and his team will not custom-design products that are intentionally illustrative of an event that goes against their religious convictions.

Over a decade after this process began, Jack is back in Court for refusing to design a "gender transition" cake. Alliance Defending Freedom has once again taken up the reigns of Phillips' defense and is appealing a recent ruling against him by the Colorado Court of Appeals.
