Rather than turning, I want you to feel like you are pushing back and up, not turning, not resisting. We are pushing it back because it's about these vertical forces because from here I can propel myself back.

That way I'm using the ground. If I'm just arbitrarily turning my hips, there's nothing to resist it.

There's nothing to move it back apart from my upper body momentum and if I'm just to spin my hips, what happens is they spin forward. But if I'm lifting up higher here, feeling like everything's going up this direction, I can move back down, down and through into a very powerful, strong impact to be able to accelerate through.
