Bitcoin ETF Rejected by the SEC. Again...

The latest asttempt to create a Bitcoin ETF (Exchange Traded Fund) has been shit down once again. ARK investments for the second time now has finds itself unable to convince the SEC that its Bitcoin ETF can protect investors from market manipulation and as well provide security for investors.
