[Reflective & Contemplative Poem Collection] -
This poem was written for St. Brigid’s Day, which falls on the 1st February. My maternal grandmother was named Brigid and memories of her are tied in through it to Ireland’s 5th Century St. Brigid and the Divine Feminine.

It was sparked by the suggestion of a friend who has a deep affinity with St. Brigid and it will be part of a collection that I refer to as 'Reflective & Contemplative’, which contains ‘an Analytical and Pensive blend of observational ditties!
I hope viewers and listeners like it!

Louise.

PS - I goofed in the recorded reading and mistakenly said 15th Century - around 1.36 minute mark!! At least I read it right at the 2.43 mark! Whew. Apologies, as yet I'm not equipped to edit it and will attend to it over time, if possible.
