It was in 1915 where they purchased a huge plot of land to build their dream home. A Colonial-style mansion to suit their family. Later on Eliot and Marthas, Son Sam inherited the home with his wife Jean. They lived in this home till they were old and had their own Christmas Tree farm on their land. Both Sam and Jean passed away in 2012 3 months between each other and their property was then bought in 2018 by a construction company for 15,000,000. No one really knows what will happen to the beautiful home but there are rumors of demolition. The home is absolutely amazing and I think you will like the architecture of the place. Now there's a rumor that the couple was also freemasons and that you'll be able to see some hidden symbols in the house.
