Why is there so much chaos in the world?

The chaos we are experiencing in politics , economics, social culture , medicine and the environment is greater than ever before. Some call it a symptom of the earth's ascension to a new state or density of resonance, (rising from 3rd to 5th density life). But it manifests as a time of conflict, and here IMO is the reason smart people are being made to take stupid decisions.
