Hi guys, I'm Umer. Today I have come up with a very interesting video for people who like to train or for people who want to start training on the street or people who dont want to spend money in the gym. Well today I am going to teach you how to start your training in street workout.I’m going to show you five basic exercises that you can do for your body training. Well here we go..This video is for beginners, who wanted to start workout at home or in park and i hope that you like my video it help you.
1) Pushups (Chest)
2) Pushups below the bar (For the upper part of chest)
3) Dips (For triceps)
4) Pull ups (Shoulder, chest arm, back all upper body)
5) Chin ups (Biceps, arm back)
