Russian arsonist gets 12 years in prison

~~ In Yekaterinburg, the arsonist was sentenced to 12 years in prison, for setting fire to the military recruitment office in Nizhnevartovsk, in May 2022. For the first time in Russian judicial practice, the verdict against arsonists was handed down under the article "terrorist act"
~~ 12 years actually seems reasonable. Our country would've definitely given more time in federal prison for attacking a military recruitment office. A guy in my neighborhood in old Brooklyn , Cleveland Ohio where I grew up , got over 75 years in prison about a decade ago , for burning several abandoned homes where no one was injured.
