Simon is pretty fed up with conveyancing solicitors being blamed for the current state of the housing market and fees its greatly unfair. He wants to know why his profession isn’t being supported by the professional bodies who are meant to be representing them.

I can’t help but share Simon’s frustration and feel the answer is very simple but we seem to be a lone voice in the wilderness in calling for more support for this vital stage of the home buying and selling process.
