Biden's new Tunnel

Today was not a Washington D.C. kind of day but a Baltimore day as I was credentialed to go a press event in Charm City for the start of the Frederick Douglas Tunnel, a new rail tunnel on the North East Corridor for AMTRAK and MARC trains between Washington D.C. and New York. The original tunnel was built under the administration of U.S. Grant so it's kind of in need of replacement. Dignitaries and politicians gathered trackside as Biden made a speech. Sorry about the audio--lots of interference today.
