An early live performance of the song "Birds Fly(Whisper To A Scream) from 1983 by "The Icicle Works".
This concert was filmed and shown on UKTV in 1984, and has my favourite band line up.
Truly a massively underrated threesome, with the great Ian McNabb on vocals, guitar and keyboard - the excellent Chris Layhe on bass, and the totally stupendous Chris Sharrock on drums.
This song was the first single taken from their eponymous debut album from 1984.
