Oregon police are looking for a man they believe may be using dating apps to find women to kidnap

A manhunt is underway in southern Oregon for 36-year-old Benjamin Obadiah Foster, who is on the run after allegedly kidnapping and trying to kill a woman. Police described him as ‘an extremely dangerous suspect’ who ‘may attempt to change his appearance by shaving his beard and hair or by changing his hair color.’
