Optimize Sleep and Recovery - Night Time Yoga Routine

In this clip, I'm going over the yoga routine that I've implemented into my night time routine which involves; reading, yoga and 10pm shut off.

This involved some minor stretches that anyone can do, at any level.

I find that, with doing rigorous exercise or having an office job or have to commute to work for hours in a car, doing yoga at least once a day especially before you go bed, has many benefits such as, relaxed body, easier to fall asleep, better quality of sleep and overall better recovery from workouts as a whole.

I will be doing more videos on yoga and what other times of the day i like to do yoga and how it helps me to perform my task through out the day.
